Tiddies Shack LLC, operates on a 10 working day turn around time, although we strive to get your order to you sooner. Once an order has been sent for processing we are unable to cancel or alter an order, or process any type of refund until the package has reached its destination. Tiddies Shack is not responsible for lost or damaged package, however we will advocate for you and with you to ensure that delivery terms are corrected and your order is received.
