When Will I Get My Order

We know you are very excited to receive your sandals (we are just as excited to make them for you!) Our turnaround time varies based on stock and certain designs, we ask that all orders allow TEN business days for fulfillment of a order, during high season (warmer months and around holidays). However, we do strive to get these to you much sooner. This is for our little factory to produce your sandals. We are not a distributor or a warehouse, we hand-make every pair!

Our shipping modality is USPS Priority Mail, once your items have been produced we ask that you allow 2-3 days for shipping. 

Once your order has been sent for shipping you will receive a notification from USPS with your tracking number.

If you are needing an order RUSHED, we do provide this service for a fee ensuring that it ships out the next business day. Please call 713-316-0097 to place a rush order.

 Please verify your shipping information is correct, we do not alter or review your address for accuracy. If information is incorrect you will need to contact USPS directly to retrieve your package.
